For B2B marketing teams

Automate your marketing team’s repeat work, without a new hire.

I join your team, find the work that comes back every week, and build AI automations that do it. Your team approves what goes out, and keeps everything I build.

Teams I worked with at Tenscope

  • Beamery
  • Vistar Media
  • Harmonic
  • HubSync
  • Credit Repair Cloud
  • Fynn.io
  • Axiad
  • VSiD
  • Welldoc
  • CVS Health

Sound familiar?

The same work comes back every week. Nobody has time to automate it.

  • Someone spends Monday morning pulling numbers into the weekly report.

  • Every ad and email gets rebuilt by hand for each size and language.

  • Account lists get researched one company at a time before sales can start.

Each of these can run on its own, with your team checking the result.

Why automate

Spend less. Learn faster.

Lower overhead

Grow without growing the team.

The repeat work runs on its own, so the team you have can take on more markets and launches before you need another hire.

Faster experiments

Launch tests in days, not weeks.

New tests and campaigns go out in days instead of weeks, so you learn what works sooner. The team that learns fastest wins.

What you get

Something new, every week.

Each week I build a new automation or improve one you already have. Over a few months, it adds up to this:

Reports

Your weekly and monthly numbers, pulled from your CRM and ad accounts and written up for your CEO.

The system

One system that knows your company.

Everything I build connects into it, so it gets more useful every month.

  • Knows your company

Your buyers, positioning, voice and numbers, in one place every automation reads from.

  • Does the weekly job

Each automation takes one job that repeats and runs it on a schedule, in your own accounts.

  • Waits for your OK

Drafts land in Slack. Nothing goes out until someone on your team says yes.

How it works

What the first month looks like.

It starts with the Repeat-Work Map: every job that comes back, timed, so I automate the ones that cost your team the most.

  1. Day 1

    Your data, in one place

    Your team

Your admins give read-only access to your CRM, ad accounts and analytics.

    Me

I bring them together in your own cloud. Everything I build reads from there, and it stays yours.

  2. Week 1

    The Repeat-Work Map

    Your team

A two-hour walkthrough of your product, your buyers and the work that repeats.

    Me

I join your standups, list the jobs that come back, and time each one.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

    The first automations

    Your team

About 30 minutes a week reviewing drafts.

    Me

I automate the jobs that cost your team the most time, then time them again. If it isn’t a big step up, you get month 1’s fee back.

  4. Every week after

    Something new

    Your team

30 minutes a week to review and approve.

    Me

Something new every week, and a Monday note on what shipped.

Nothing is sent or published until someone on your team says yes. Everything is built in your accounts and stays with you if you cancel.

Who you’d work with

Hi, I’m Jovan.

For five years I ran Tenscope, a design agency for B2B software companies. I worked next to marketing teams the whole time, and I watched good people lose their week to work that came back every month.

Now I build the automations that do that work. You work with me directly, in your Slack, from the first call.

What’s included

One plan. Priced on a call.

  • I join your Slack and your standups
  • Week 1: the Repeat-Work Map of every job that comes back, timed
  • Something new every week, and a Monday note on what shipped
  • A hands-on session and a short guide for everything I build
  • Weekly office hours for your team
  • Replies within one US business day, broken automations fixed within two

Month 1 back if it isn’t a big step up. I time your team’s repeat jobs in week 1 and again at the end of month 1. If the difference isn’t big, you get the month’s fee back.

You leave with a first draft of your Repeat-Work Map, and the three jobs I’d automate first.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an agency?

Jovan

No. An agency runs campaigns for you. I build automations your own team uses, and you keep them. Plenty of teams use both.

Why not hire someone?

Jovan

You can. If you do, they take over everything I built. Subscribing lets you start this month without a search.

We tried AI tools and they didn’t stick. Why is this different?

Jovan

Usually someone bought a tool for one task without looking at the work around it. I start with the Repeat-Work Map, build around how your team already works, and train the people who use it.

What does my team need to put in?

Jovan

About two hours in week one, then about 30 minutes a week to review. Nobody on your team has to learn to code.

What else will we pay for?

Jovan

The AI tools the automations run on, such as your Claude plan, billed to you directly. You see the expected cost before I build anything.

Will this pass our security review?

Jovan

I start with read-only access to your marketing tools, never touch data outside marketing, and nothing goes out without your team’s yes. I’ll fill in your security questionnaire before we start.

What happens if we cancel?

Jovan

You keep everything I built, its guides and your company facts. It all lives in your accounts from day one.
